I hate when I do that too. You should eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, and if you get really hungery eat something like lettuce or maybe just one piece of whole wheat bread, or non fat yogurt and drink lots and lots of water. I like to drink coffee or hot tea with skim milk and splenda that helps with being hungry too. good luck
