i want to lose about 40lb.but does anyone know how to lose the pound fast and... get a skinny body from the weight lose?

Its actually pretty easy.. If you are motivated enough to make it happen. You used a term that is relavant though...what is fast to you?
If you normally live an active lifestyle, you could loose it in about.eight weeks.
If you are just getting started with an exercise program it could take you about four months.
The key is for the first week.only exercise about 30minutes a day... no more than an hour..After that increase weekly time by 30 minutes a day. So in three weeks you will be exercising about 1.5 hours a day..
Eat PROTEIN...chicken, tuna, and hard boiled eggs are the cheapest.. Proein bars are useful but expensive.
Eat protein 30 min before and 30 after you exercise.(This will help your muscles develop) The more muscle you have, the faster you burn fat.
as far as eating.. dont change much...Just try to stay away from eating more than 60grams of carbs a day.

exersize ALOT! Run like 2 miles a day! Try to go swimming almost everyday! And swim, dont just hang out there! Don't eat anyhting fried. do crunches. drink LOTS of water. it should help you lose at least some pounds!
