Can anyone give me an example of the Atkins diet?

Eat until you are satisfied (no longer hungry) but NOT stuffed. Atkins is NOT a license to gorge.

For a while McDonald's sold burgers without a bun. It was pretty funny.
eat as much meat and cheese as you want. No breads or sweets at all.
Here's an example of a day on Atkins:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with grated cheese mixed in
Lunch: Large salad - lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomatos, cucumbers, and other veggies, and oil/vinegar dressing or low carb dressing
Dinner: Chicken, lots of vegetables,
Snacks: vegetables, cheese, lunch meat
Just cut out all the carbs.
Breakfast: Omlete with veggies, cheese, and meat. Glass of water (add Crystal Light flavor, if you want). Cottage cheese. Fruit really wouldn't hurt you either.

NO BREAD! THIS DIET SUCKS I WENT ON IT AND GOT A KIDNEY INFECTION IDK HOW BUT I DID AND I LOST WEIGHT BUT IT CAME BACK 2X WORSE AFTER I GOT OFF IF YOU GET ON IT YOU HAVE TO STAY ON IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR GOD GIVIN LIFE...IT REALLY SUCKS I DO NOT RECOMEND IT!
It first started out as only meat eggs and cheese, then went on to include veggies. Just look at the labels on foods for carbohydrates and leave them out.
How will it help? I myself do not know.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
