it's okay for you to eat beef..but you have to eat according to your requirement.. eat moderately..n don't take it in large amount at one time..that would be very very fatty ..especially when you going on the sedentary life style.. the way of cooking also contribute to many things.. it's better for you to fully cooked the beef..don't eat those things that are raw or half-cooked...used less amount of oil to cook it, if you eat the beef daily..you can choose whether to eat in small amount at one time everyday..or you can eat more but not to much 2 to 3 times a week.. whatever it is..you have to consider your lifesyle and other factors that allow you to eat more.
