Run everyday for about 40-50 mins at medium fast pace. you will get stamina and loose weight. if you can do it twice a day thats even better.
Try running or doing sit ups or do some exercise between now and then. I am 105, somewhere around there, but that's normal for me. If that doesn't work. Eat smart. Stop eating so much ice cream and sweets, and just have a little bit after dinner. Drink milk or o.j. instead of soda. If that doesn't work, I am sorry, but 119 can't be that bad, it really just depends how old you are. IF you are between the ages of 10-15, that's okay, you don't need to loose weight. 16-20, you might want to gain a couple of pounds. IF you are any age higher than 21 than you need to gain some weight, because 119 is low weight for anybody who is around 16 and up. But if I can't help, I'm sorry. But if I did, your welcome.
you should run or jog for about 50-60 min.,dance for about hour,eat healthy(try a a weight loss plan like Weight Watchers)and sometimes jumping rope works well.
yeah you can if you follow herman's instructions. lol. cardiovascular exercise for sure will lose you weight. also, vary your calorie intake by at least 200... for example you eat 1900 cals today then tomorrow eat 2100, then eat 1700... by fluctuating your calorie intake, you would speed up your metabolism much more than just having a constant of only consuming certain amt of for ex. 1200 calories a day.
