Try to follow the routine given below and see if it helps u in ur attitude towards ur parents.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

My dear , i knew that when you'll married and have a child , you'll knew exactly that your parents are the most people in all over the world love you so much and care about you in all things like eating healthy food . they don't be your enemies but they care about you . eating noodles , burgers and such food don't give your body the important vitamins and proteins . fruits are very important for your body . it has many kinds which you can choose many of them to eat like strawberry , banana , apple and so on .
They are trying to get you to be healthier and they are helping you in the long run. They are definitely not your enemies and they are not trying to be. Agree to eat healthier options but also ask them if you can eat your favourite foods over the weekend and be allowed to indulge on (small) snacks during the day.
