What's your favorite workout? Eager to learn peoples' favorite way to stay in shape!?


Question:
Mine is bike riding.

My best friend and I kept riding on these hills, which between having to go back up (works your muscles) and riding top speed down (makes you move quickly), it's a great work out. Plus it makes you crave water.

We rode this one hill. It was the most fun of all the hills (the hills were the same thing as a golf course, only you dont play golf on this particular section.). It was huge and steep. There was this one huge tree on it. We named it One Tree Hill, after the TV show. No we didnt go around naming all the hills like little kids. We only named it because it was huge and we made a bff tradition including it.

I just learned today my love of bike riding. It was so much fun, and I felt great after! My muscles were so loose! It felt great to actually get a decent workout. Now I plan to do a two mile bike ride down my street everyday. Its fun great exercise!

Tell me your fave way 2 stay in shape, juz curious. Anything goes!

i love jump roping, dancing, any way to burn off calories, but i lvoe walking the most its relaxing and fun to get up and do something... but as for exercise exercise-- i love bike riding like u do! its so much fun and its sooooooo free.. i feel like ur flying wen u go fast on ur bike... and i live in Brooklyn and i always ride under the Verrazano Brdige right by the water.. its beautiful and absolutely fun!
Sprints in the sand at the beach. Frisbee or a ball makes it fun.
The Stationary Mountain Climber, I dont know if any gym has it, but it works your entire body cause your alway moving up and down pulling with your feet, and also pulling with your arms, its a complete work out. Add that with weight lifting and eating and you'll feel great!
I like to do cycling and pilates. I used to do kickboxing, but my back is not cut out for the high intestacy.

Walk and yoga practices.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

I usually ride my bike to the park and then I do a some cool exercises there.
I use the tables to do pushups.
I use the benches for squats.
I use the monkey bars for pull-ups.
I take a lap around the park doing walking lunges.
I use my resistance band for upper body work.
I do a lot of lateral steps.
