What kind of leg workout will help get a skinny pretty leg?

my leg is kind of big...what kind of workout will help get have a skinny leg ?...does anyone know?

Sounds like you want to loose weight, which unfortuneatly isn't target specific. In order to loose fat from your leg, or any body part for that matter (stomach / arm / leg) you need to lower your body fat %.

So, hop in the treadmill / bike / go jogging / skateing / have a lot of sex, and add in a healthy diet and you will get skinnier legs.
Lots of squats and lunges should do the trick!

try jogging or use a treadmill or sumthing
Running or walking. Just look at the legs of long distance runners; all long, lean muscle.

If you're interested in martial arts, I suggest 'Taek Won Do' coz this martial art uses your leg as the main weapon! Strong solid legs in 1-3 months with of course, the proper diet.

well dont squat run or jump around, that will build bulk muscle and not what you want if your trying to slim it down. try laying on your back and put or lags flat and together, then lift them up about 4-6 inches off the ground and hold for 5 seconds and rest for 3 seconds. do as many reps of that as you can. doesnt sound like much but youll feel the burn. this will tone and condition your legs. you can also pump your legs up and down4-8 inches off the ground. do 10 pumps (updown rapidly) then rest 3 seconds and do that until you cant do it anymore. 3 times a week and you should start seeing results:) good luck
