today i had: 1 apple, 1 pear, 90 calorie chewy bar, 1 package of cheese & crackers, & some pretzles.
will i gain weight or lose weight from this? could i possibly eat more & still lose weight?

You should really eat more. Try some wholegrain bread, steamed chicken...what you ate today is far too little.
that's not a lot to eat in a day ...
depending on where you are, it could be 12pm, or it could be 6pm - in which case your body needs more nourishment for energy.
try to each more fruits and veggies, they're very filling and are a good munchy ...
