ok if i run for at least an hour every day watch what i eat no carbs sugars and little salt how much can i lose by saturday? and i will eat smaller portions and do more exercise i would like to lose about 2-3 pounds

If you're very careful about what you eat, you could lose up to 10 lbs in a few days. Loosing this much weight in a short period of time is not the healthiest way to go about it, though.
