Depends on alot of factors. How heavy you are to start, what your eating and exercise patterns are now, how strict you are on your dieting and exercising. It is possible to lose that much in 4 weeks. Unlikely, but possible. Drink a gallon of water a day, bump your protein intake up, drop your carbs, and exercise everyday, and you'll have a chance at making it. Everyone loses and gains weight differently, so this is a very individual thing. Hard to answer generally...

You definitely can! I prefer a purely liquid diet, and cardio exercise.
I'M NOT SURE IF THATS POSSIBLE..I'M SURE YOU PROBABLY COULD ,BUT I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN LOOSE THAT MUCH SO FAST IN A HEALTY WAY.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
