Question:
today, all ive eaten was 490 calories, cause im trying to stay under 500 calories daily. but its nighttime now and i just ate 2 cups worth of ground beef with a bunch of melted cheese in it. im not trying to be anorexic at all, i just need to loose weight really bad. im 5'6 and i weigh 136 lbs. im hoping to get to about 115 within the next 2 months. ill be doing fine all day, but once nighttime comes i get really hungry and decide to binge like i just did, then ill come up with some stupid excuse to make me feel better about eating it.

Answers:
go to sleep
UGH. Starving yourself will screw up your metabolism and make you gain weight in the long run.

Wtf is with all of the dumb kids doing this?!
Drink a glass of milk before bed. Works for me but I don't do it because I hate milk so I just eat. lol
Well, the weight you are at is well within the exeptable weight range for your height. I don't encourage you to loose that much weight, because 115 will make you SKELATAL. Ick! BUT, enough preaching, if you are hungry at night, you may want to slowly drink some cold water with some lemon juice and a pinch of sugar, or some splenda.
maybe drinking something sweet without sugar will help you. like the crystal light stuff...or eating some sugar free yogurt, its only 60 calories. some stuff is 80, but the one i have is 60. and the yogurt usually fills me up.
You're binging at night because your body has not taken in enough calories during the day. If you want to lose weight you need to eat more often during the day. Each time you eat your rev up your metabolism and start burning fat. Binging at night is not harmful, but what you are binging on is where the problem is. Help starts at the grocery store. Buy things in advance that are okay to binge on and give yourself permission to binge on these items. You know what they are. No, not icecream or fat foods, but stuff like raw carrots, cucumbers, etc. The stuff you don't want. What helps me also is to make a pact with myself that before I binge on the bad stuff, I have first to go and look at my body (naked) in the mirror. If I like what I see, then I go and eat something bad, but if I don't like what I see then its back to the carrots! Good luck. BTW, 2 months is plenty of time to lose the weight, but you have to commit to making some changes in food choices.
Drink a large glass of water and then eat a little bit.
This works... whenever you feel the need to eat or a craving, brush your teeth!

It'll help get you a pearly white smile and healthy teeth, and works for your appetite.

I got this trick from reading a Pamela Anderson interview.
for your height your the perfect weight, if you loose too much too quickly your body will pay for it with back trouble and migraines. stayig under 500 calories a day is not healthy and i strongly do not reccomend. if you must, try eating at least 1000 calories a day, its still a big drop, and you will loose weight. you can loose alot of weight by cutting out red meats, eating lean meats, proteins, and less fatty foods not need, and also try to stop falling back on 0 calorie foods and quick fix foods like diet sodas, it will rot away at your bone calcium and you will possible suffer future osteoperosis and britial bones which will result in arthritius.

to not hit the fridge every midnight, i recomd drinking plenty of water all day, it rejuvinates the skin and keeps the mind alert, and keep some snacks by your bed side at night like low calorie crackers or grapes.

and remember, you can eat WHATEVER you want, as long as you exercise for at least 40 minutes a day a few times a week. even shopping is profitable, with all the walkign youll be sure to burn off alot of you unwanted calorie intake.
I eat yogart at night, It helps curb my appetite. It only has 90 calories and I feel like I'm getting a treat for sticking to my diet. Good Luck
Ok, for one, only 500 calories a day? Do you know how many calories it takes to make a pound? 3500! My mom told me, and she should know, she's an aerobics instructor. you should limit yourself to 1500 or 2000 a day.

At night, drink a lot of water. What happens is when you eat, whatever minerals that were in your food go to your cells, making you feel full. When the cells use up all the minerals, they release a fluid that is sent to your stomach. It makes your stomach churn, which makes the growling sound and that wierd feeling. That churning fluid is what makes you "hungry." And when you eat again, those minerals go back to your cells and the fluid goes away. Why do you think foods like chips and cookies with so little minerals make you hungry so quickly? When you eat a lot of foods with only a little bit of minerals that have to go to all the cells, the cells use them up quickly and release the fluid quicker. So you eat more and more. Its how you gain.

Water has lots of minerals. It goes to your cells and makes you a bit less hungry.
U r on starvation diet and curbing apetite is going to be difficult.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
