no,just stop eating crap, use plain soap and water and that will get ridof them. it works for me
I don't think you need to go on a diet you just need to eat plenty of healthy food. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of water, milk, pure fruit juices are good etc. Avoid things like takeaways, ready meals, junk food etc. I think you can still eat the normal amount off food but just healthy stuff. I thinks its ok to treat your self to the occasional delicious treat. Maybe you could ask your Doctor about what kinda healthy things you can eat and how much.
it was the only thing that worked for me as i had acne but whenever i ate 5 portions of fruit and veg a day my skin was always clear the next day. it was hard for me too as i love cake and chocolate but could replace them for fruit with cream at night or yoghurt for my sweet tooth, a couple of glasses of fruit juice and some veg with my dinner, which is quite small changes but worked for me. its always good to treat yourself with the odd goodie at the weekend though
Your constant worrying doesnt help.It could well be a hormoine thing if so it will pass.Fresh fruit,Fresh Fruit ,FreshFruit. It is a situation that most people young and old go through, but creams tend to restrict skin in order for it to breath.Remember you are what you eat.

You are not really going to keep spots away by altering your diet. Degreasers may help, otherwise go see your GP for oral or topical antibiotics.
