How can i put weight onto my arms?

Question:
well my arms are really skinney... so i wanna put weight on them to make them look better and then eventually have muscle on them

Answers:
alot of people make the mistake of concentrating on their biceps when they want bigger arms but the tricep is a much bigger muscle and is where you want to bulk up to get that big-arm buzz!

press-ups are ok but if you wanna do 'em i'd suggest you get some of those lil 'press-up handles' like these -

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/york-press-up-bars...

(and no, they're not mine!). these protect your wrists and let you do deeper-press-ups.

when you train for bulk it's best to do fewer repetitions, with more weight, of whatever exercise and you can do press-ups with your feet on a chair to shift your weight forward into your arms - that'll get your arms growing faster.

when you feel like you're bored of press-ups, dips are MUCH more effective at building triceps

your muscles don't actually grow WHILST you train - the aim is to put tiny lil microtears in the muscle fibre by training and then your muscle will heal and grow back a lil bigger each time...bearing this in mind, sleeping well and eating enough protein is just as important as the actual training you do...personally i like to use raw egg-whites as an extra protein source because of how easy it is to absorb(the eeeeyoooo taste of raw egg is mainly from the yoke and you can't even notice a coupla egg-whites mixed into a glass of milk)

ok, ok - i'll stop babbling now and head off to the gym!
Do weight training and push ups
Press-ups work if you do them regularly. and try weights aswell
That weight would just be fat. Lift weights and put on some muscle tone, that would beef them up a little.
Do strength exercises that relate to your arms.
Do bicep curls with heavy weights, and try to do controlled reps on each arm.
Lift a bar above your head.
You can also do push-ups and bench presses.
Try and do all of these two or three times every day and you should see the results.
Joining a gym to use their equipment is probably the best idea, although you can use weights at home.
lift waight ro something thats stupid if u want to put weight on them if u lift wieghts your arms will get big and thats a good thing
do weights and if you are under 14 then do push ups
eat loads of spinich like popeye!
Eat more and excercise your arms (push-ups, ecetera).
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Weights - Bicep Curls and work on your triceps to balance the shape of your arms.

Do pull ups too.

There are more areas you can focus on.

Here's a review site for building muscle -

put weight onto your arms you should do some exercise for your arms...i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.
You body will store fat preferentially in the fat store areas, the abdomen, the buttocks and the chest. If you want to thicken your arms you will need to exercise.
