build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.
eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.
don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
do aerobic exercises
do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer
starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

I dont think you can, and even if you could it would not be a healthy thing to do...
you can't, unless it's water weight, but thats not healthy.
Everyone wants to lose weight fast. You simply CANNOT lose a pound per day.
One pound per WEEK? Yeah, you can manage that. The SAFE amount of weight to lose per week is between one and two pounds (1-2), not DAILY.
If you do manage to lose that much weight, you are starving yourself, and if you don't die-- when you begin to eat normally again, you'll gain weight back at three times the speed you lost it. So you'll only exacerbate the problem
1 pound per day is not a feasible target, unless you are 300 pounds plus.
Working out 2 hours per day & dieting, I lost 20 pounds in November last year - going from 224 to 204.
That's 20 pounds in 30 days & that was all I could manage.
If you're over 200 pounds & diet & exercise, MAYBE 1/2 a pound per day.
Only the first week or so, can you hope for 1 pound per day.
That would be too fast that your skin might not be able to take it and it would sag, if you can succeed losing one pound per day. So, do you still want that? well in one day u can't but in week u will feel bit relax that its working..just drink much water n eat fruits,raw vegetables,cut down fried n baked food..n sleep a lot...coz calories much burn in sleeping time..n just get some exercise like walking,skipping...or if u could go gym it would much better..
thas not really possible because you are just going to gain it right back after you start eating again. and it really unhealthy. i will tell you how... you want to lose a pound a day then eat 200-300 calories a day like a protein bar or something thats it drink as much water as you want and jog for 20-30 mintutes a day. take some sort of laxative. this is very very unhealthy but the the fastest way to lose a pound a day.
Run! Run! Run! and when your tired of running, run some more!
