What has a lot of protein but is still healthy and actually GOOD to eat?

Question:

Answers:
Don't forget that you must eat COMPLETE proteins to achieve what you're looking for. A complete protein provides all the necessary amino acids to produce usable protein.
Complete proteins: Chicken, Milk, eggs, meat, fish, and various vegetable products like soybeans. Even then, when a label says it carrys 10 g of protein, you might only use 7 or 8 of them. However, COMBINING the right foods can provide you with an incredible amount of usable protein, because they kick in the needed amino acids for each other.
Examples: Cereal and milk (make sense?)
Pasta and Cheese
Bread and Cheese or milk
Rice AND Beans
There is seriously a lot of power in knowing the right combinations of food to eat. Once you know them, you can really start eating healthy.
BTW: peanuts and peanut butter are high in protein, but also very high in fat calories...if you're trying to lose weight, limit intake on these if you can.
Chicken, beans, lean pork and beef.
PENUT BUTTER.
Grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, cottage cheese, yogurt, string cheese, nuts etc.
Peanut butter! Eggs! Beef! Lentils!

edemame are great! We get them at the grocery frozen, thaw them out and eat them like peanuts! Great snack food or on salads. They are soybeans so you can't get much healthier than that!
Try legumes all the different typeseg: alfalfa, clover, peas, beans, lentils, lupins and peanuts .They are rich in protein, soya chunks are good too they can be used as a substitute for meat which are filled with fat and risks ur health with ur heart and cancer etc. .Legumes are vegetable so they will help you with your faeces cause it acts like roughage .I advice you when cooking it try not to use too much of other things like seasoning salt, mustard, pepper etc.Try as best to leaveit as raw as posible you get mor eof its nutrients that way.(my answer)
(I got this piece from wikipedia)Legume seed and foliage has a comparatively higher protein content than non-legume material, probably due to the additional nitrogen that legumes receive through nitrogen-fixation symbiosis.
