weight training is the way to tone. The way you lift the weights will tone the various muscle groups for example your bicepts and triceps. Stomach toning is best done with crunches
Arms: biceps and triceps are the muscles to target. Google these search terms..bicep exercises, tricep exercises.
Stomach: upper, lower and side of the ab muscle for best definition. Need to do regular crunches as well as side crunches and lower body lift. Google.ab exercises.
