My husband and I are on very strict low calorie diets, I believe we eat give or take a few 750 calories per day conceivably even less. I hold gone on the forums to do with this diet and they are adjectives banging on going on for how you can never 'cheat' or eat anything different or you wont lose counterweight which is annoying me because it is very unrealistic. I own read so much information about the benefits of have some time to eat doesn`t matter what you like every week, it's said that it will keep hold of you on track because if you get a craving you know that you can put it past its sell-by date until the weekend rather than forever and also that consumption more calories once a week or so will kick your body rear legs out of starvation mode so that it will think the famine is over and start burning more calories again to some extent than trying to save them. I am worried I am making the wrong decision because of what the ethnic group in the forum hold said but I also think that I am properly researched and right surrounded by my thinking. Answers?
