calve lifts
stand with the balls of your feet on a stair, and just lift... do it until you absolutely cant do it anymore.
and do as many sets as you can throughout the day every other day.
i think you should get the damn baby cow out of its cage and let it roam free in nature (or at least on a farm)
as for your calf muscles you should try doing this thing where you stand on you tip-toes and go back down to the grou d repeatedly...i think it tones some lower calve muscle or something like that
Any walking, jogging, or running that you do will build calf muscles. Also swimming laps with diving fins on your feet will certainly build muscles. You can also stand straight and raise yourself so that you're standing on your tip toes and then lower yourself to where you're standing in a normal position again. Genetics play a big part in the natural size of your calves, but you CAN gain in size. Jogging, running, jump rope...they are all great. But eventually your body will grow use to this because they all depend on your body weight...then what? They will stop growing bigger and start being more defined. Since you want growth, you are going to have to do WEIGHTED RESISTANCE calf raises. Unfortunately, you have to do these on an excersice machine capable of up to hundreds of pounds (A calf raise machine). But at first, you can just hold dumb bell calf raises (50s would be nice) and stand on a step with half your foot hanging off. Don't cheat and do them slow. If you want them to grow...keep adding more weight! Eat right, eat healthy, eat one gram of protein per pound of your body daily! Be well.
I jump up and down alot. for long periods of time, do jumping jacks, run, and dance, that seems to work for me.[:
try it. excersicing isn't hard.
