What should you avoid consumption and doing when trying to lose weightiness?

Answers:    Usually stop consumption fats, only just eat more vegatables. Basically stay away from resembling chips and stuff also. Not eating as much isnt really the answer to your problems. You hold to excercise.
SODA! (I know thats not food, but it makes ethnic group gain a lot of weight)
