I know it's a stupid question but I'm confused...?


Question:
Between 200 gr yoghurt 1,5% fat and 200 ml milk 1,5% fat, which one offers more calories?

Answers:
Dont worry about the calories, you burn calories doing anything you do even sleeping.
The percentage of fat has nothing to do with the calorie count other than making sure the calories from fat are the specified amount. Further, the calorie count will depend in if either the yogurt or the milk are flavored in any way. I suggest you look at your cartons to see which offers the calorie count you're seeking. Good luck!
