Im 12 and i lost 50 lbs in half a year, is it 2 much?

i use 2 weigh 190, now i weigh 140 should i continue. cuz i still weigh too much.
im 5'4 but im only 12. will this prevent my body from developing properly?

You're 12? I congratulate you on your weight loss. Good job! It is so hard to lose weight, but especially being a kid because of all of the junk food. I think that 140 lbs. is good for your height. However, only you can tell. Do you think it is the appropriate weight for you? What does your family think? Listen to what your family says because they have your health in mind. Don't get too skinny because it is unhealthy and might be difficult to keep off.
I'm 5'4", 13, and I weigh 109. Not saying you should be super skinny (and neither am I ; ) !), but you should definitely lose 20-30 more pounds.

Congratulations! It is really great that you care enough about your health to lose weight (which isn't easy to do).
I think you should talk with a family member or doctor before you decide to lose more weight. You have to beware of losing too much weight because you don't want to be too skinny, and also it can be dangerous to your health to lose TOO much weight in too little time.

WOW, congratulations,I think if you feel great then you have probably lost enough weight.Im not sure if you are male or female? I think you are the right size now. Keep eating healthy because if you are 12 your body needs a healthy diet to grow taller and mature.If you dont eat right you could stunt your growth or have other health problems.
Everyone says it's bad, but not that bad really, if you lose weight at around your age, it's wayy easier than it would be if you were older, so it's not going to do bad do your body, as long as you don't starve.
And to tell the truth yes, you should diet a little more, i've been 140 pounds at age 12, so i know what it looks like, your still not skinny, kinda healthy but, i didn't like my weight then, so maybe you should. :)
im 13 now, so that wasn't too long ago, and im totally healthy after i've lost all that weight so don't worry.
