i like eating fried and fatty foods too. why dont you drink tea regularly, and i dont mean the instant type or iced tea, i mean tea leaves or tea bags. if you dont like tea, you can just skive of the fried foods and eat lots of veggies or any other healthy foods. try foods that are steamed, or broiled and meat without skin.
sweat and poop.

so, drink lots of water and eat lots of bran and get out and walk!!
use good oils

don't fry everything
Get recipes for food that is not fried and cook those. Note that there are a lot of recipes for "fried" foods that only use a quick spray of oil instead of cooking in hot fat.
Well if you don't stop, eventually some doctor is gonna put the fear in you.. that works.. I found out last year that I was diabetic... changed my diet all around, and doing good.. figured I would rather live.. :) there are lots of marinating sauces out there.. with great flavor.. other than fried.. will only take a bit longer on the shopping list is all.. read the labels.. you will find lots of things to bake food with, or crock pot, and it tastes great.. but ya gotta start somewhere..
