Do you count calories using the calories part or the calories from fat part?
Question:
Answers:
You count overall calories. The fat calories are shown so that a dieter can make sure not too many of the calories come from fat.
The body needs calories. Food can't have much nutritional value without calories. But some should come from carbs, some from protein, and other sources. The key is to provide the body with a proper balance of nutrients.
Check, also, the carbohydrate numbers. Essentially carbs are carbs, but the nutrition information separates sugars from dietary fibers. The main difference between these is the rate at which these different carbs are absorbed. Again, the body needs a health balance between meeting its immediate energy needs, and what it needs an hour or two later.
well when you count calories you just count the calories but when you see the calories from fat you just dont want too many calories from that. if its fat free that means it has no fat which is good if ur on a diet so thats why u eat fat free or low calorie.
