Can someone tell me how to work on my lower abs?

crunches are OK but if your want to work on lower abs, then do whats called '6 inches' (what we do in high school wrestling).
what that is:
lay down on back
legs straight out; not bent
lift legs up 6 inches
either hold for minute or two, OR, you can do a little workout with it which is lift legs up 90 degrees without bending knees, then back down to 6 inch position, then back up, down, etc. and try do like 25 reps/3 sets. you can also do knee bends with 6 inches, which is:
legs out, up 6 inches
lift up knees to chest, then back to 6 inch position, then repeat until your done with reps.
keep working on the '6 inches' workout and that'll help with lower abs. oh and one more thing, DONT CHEAT YOURSELF, otherwise your workouts wont have any effect and you wont gain anything but exhaustion 0.o
do crunches it worked for me
if u have comcast digital cable and ondemand use the exercise videos, they are free, thats what i use. also try doing crunches, no situps
