Question:
I've been working out my abs daily for the past 2 years, and I know building muscle isn't my problem. When I lie down and flex my abs, they go up over 3 inches, but i have about half an inch to an inch of fat over it, so that you can't see the defined six-pack. What can I do to get rid of this fat? I don't want to have worked out the past 2 years for nothing.
Answers:
Cardio.. Like Running and swimming.
(Take your shirt off.) What is your work out plan. Change your work out plan.
nothing hard... 100 sit-ups twice a day.. if you get bored with sit ups, try leg-lifts, and body lifts, side sit-ups, etc.. if you feel like you don't get tired while working out, increase your 100 to 200 to 300...etc. you know what i mean.. then eat healthy. no more junkies. if you want a bonus, instead of using the elevator, use the stairs, no matter how great the height. i was able to loose 2inches in less a month with this... and i feel great:)
