Ok... i started eating healthier cuz i need to lose weight... please advise!?

I am no expert but I know whenever I lost weight I would pretty much do what you are doing. I do like bread though,so it is ok to have maybe toast in the morning with a low fat spread, it is better to eat a bit more in the morning as you are on the go all day. I would also incorporate extra movement over the day, like walk instead of the escalator or lift, or if you reach up to get something, stretch up 3 or 4 times instead, it can be made fun...
you should probably swap one meal of fruit for something that is higher protein.
More calories at breakfast will give you more energy through the day. (just a tip)

you should try and incorporate some calcium and protein in your breakfast. Also some protein and healthy carbs in your lunch. Fruit alone will not work, trust me. If you continue this way, you will start losing muscle. Also, you will need to excercise say an hour everday. You dont have to push it. Just being active in general can rev up your metabolism. By anychance, you dont want to be losing muscle, so have more protein, lean meat, carbs, and dont deprive yourself of an occasional snack. If you hurry yourself to lose a lot of weight, you are more likely to fail. So, make a lifestyle change right now, and eat healthy, and expect to see long lasting results.

oh its so exciting to hear that bc tommorro I start my cabbage diet! lol But yes your food sounds good. Ive lost alot weight in the gym and i learned a gazillion ways to cook chicken. Avoid oils but use a little seasonings so bake it, boil it and stir it up with veggies. Drink lots of water and speaking of rasberry vinaigrette try balsamic with olive oil, you'll either love it or hate but i love love love it! Congrats!!
You defiently need more protein keep the fruit but make eggs (egg whites only) for breakfast with the fruit. And make your first 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) your biggest meals. and then have a small dinner. Eat all your bread (you NEED carbs to burn and for energy) at lunch time you can have pasta and rice and all the good stuff. But for dinner just meat (lean chicken or fish) and veggies. fruit has alot of sugar so be careful about trying to do a diet on just fruit Good Luck!
