You're are a very healthy weight. Some people say to gain weight but whatever you do...DON'T!?! Cause then you will gain weight then a few years or months etc later you will want to lose weight and it's soo hard. That's what happened to me. You're really lucky to be that weight. But if you feel like you want to lose weight then go ahead. There's always a reason. I'm not fat but I feel fat cause some people in my class are wayyyy skinnier than me. That's my reason. you sound like you're at the right weight but you may feel like you want to lose weight because you want to tone up but as for the numbers you're at the right weight, i'm the same way i'm 6 foot and i weigh 165, people tell me i don't need to lose but i feel like i do

think YOU need to talk to a DOCTOR and let him tell you what you need! think you need more then a diet.. maybe someone to help you realize your fine.
im 5,2 and 102. it all depends on age.
I would definitely ease up on your diet.. There is no way you need to lose any more weight. I don't know what you look like, but you might do some light weight lifting to tone out you already killer figure!
You could easily put 10-15 pounds on and be just fine.

im 5'2 also and at that height you can be up to either 115 or 120 i forgot which one. i use to be 100 too but this summer i gained 10 pounds, lol. but stay how you are 100 pounds is PERFECT
Using a standard BMI calculator, you're still in your range. You could be up to 130 at 5' 2" and still be a healthy weight. Right now you're at the low end, but you're fine. You don't need to lose any weight at all or you may veer into underweight. Of course, BMI is just a calculation, but it's not a bad place to start. Make sure to take your vitamins, get lots of exercise, and keep toned and your body image will improve. If you're truly worried talk to a physician.
