Dieting dilemma?
Question:
Answers:
Yes! Eat the pizza, just don't go crazy with it. One (or two) won't hurt. I've been dieting/exercising for 2 years now, lost 100 pounds and I eat pizza once or twice a week. If you deny yourself you are more likely to splurge on it later.
1 piece a day won't hurt you just drin k a lot of water
You can make a take-along lunch or go ahead and have the pizza, one slice only, and have less food for breakfast and dinner. It is always a problem when you are eating somewhere besides home, but if you eat something right before the orientation it should help, because you won't be hungry.
Dont eat the pizza. eat something else.. bring something if you have to.
I totally get where u are coming from and emphatize with you. In these kinda events, nothing good can ever be served. Maybe we should all petition for healtier and satisfying meal to be served.
But oh well until they actaully do somthing i guess you can do what I usually do. The way to see a diet is not a day to day thing but more like a week plan or so. This way u actaully have that pizza and make up for it the others day by eating healthier.
So this is waht you do. For the pizza, stick to only about one to 2 slices. Choose the healthier ones like chicken topping if they give you an option. If not, do not eat the crusty back of the pizza. That will easily save you some calories.
The other option you have is to bring some food from home and eat it instead of the pizzza. Let them you have a special diet or something. Don't be afraid that the other students may feel you are wierd. There is nothing weird in trying to eat better and if the others want to kill themselves eating junk then go ahead.
