well, eat three good meals a day (include breakfast!) and do a little more excercise.

cut out the junk.
substitue with fruits and veggies.
start exercising.

then change it to a jog.
or add weights to your ankles for a better walk.
start short. work your way up to an hour.
do this in the morning to build up your metabolism.

the worst way to loose weight=starve yourself and only drink liquids one of the best ways loose weight is to eat the way you normally eat but only just enough do not over eat over eating is what puts on the weight and eating an extreme amount of the bad foods

Sorry, but if losing weight meant no suffering, than everyone would be skinny! Suck it up and just try to cut out junk for a month, see where it gets you, good luck!! =)

you dont want to do it all at once. this is why people fail. first start off by giving up all drinks except water. make sure to drink plenty of water. then the next week , cut out anything made with flour. then the following week cut out dairy products. you have to do it little by little. this way you get used to eating healthy gradually.
Walk everywhere and don't get lifts or escalators. Have fruit and nuts to snack on, instead of biscuits. When cooking, always substitute water for oil or butter when stir frying. Have watermelon in fridge always, to have a slice of when hunger pains strike. Instead of a cake and coffee, buy a freshly made vege juice. Buy a black leotard to wear around the house and catch sight of yourself often in mirrors. Before you eat with friends at restaurants, have a few pieces of fruit so you won't pig out. Put pics of slim gals wearing tightfitting clothes in your fave colour, on your fridge and your pinup boards. Measure with a tape, your bust, waist, hips, btm and thighs and keep the measurements written in large print on all your walls. Try on high heels that are beautiful but only feel comfy when your body is not too heavy to wear them. Imagine wearing light coloured clothing and just going into shops and being able to try on almost anything and have it fit. Try to be really busy so you will not entertain your bored moments with food. Don't eat while you read or watch tv cos you won't be aware of how much you consume. Subscribe to a magazine about health but don't buy all those tins of powdered meal substitute drinks they advertise. Go for walks with your neighbour's dog.
Check out a book called Intuitive Eating - it's changed my entire attitude about food. Very basically...eat what you want, no foods are off limits, but stop eating when you stop being hungry...and only eat when you're actually hungry and not because your bored or depressed. So now I eat less and work out more and I've been losing weight without having to cut my favorite foods out of my life.
One thing to do to reduce your calorie intake without feeling hungrier is to avoid highly processed carbs and sugar. Eat whole wheat instead of things made with white flour. Choose brown rice instead of white rice. Avoid foods with a lot of sugar in them, like jelly beans, soda pop, or sweet baked goods. Also, fruit juice is full of sugar, so try not to have a lot of it. Eating whole fruits is better than having juice because it fills you up a little, whereas drinking juice just puts sugar into your body without making you feel full.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
