Regional Sales Director apply heat (heating pad or hot wash rag), that helps me a lot when i have a tooth ache, although if u have an infection it can bring an absess to the gums, take some motrin (4-6), much better than tylenol for tooth pain, also rinsing with salt water as someone else suggested is a good idea, there may be food particles pressing on the nerve or cavity

so sorry ur in pain, tooth pain is the worst! hope u feel better soon!
