it can be one of two things you may have an allergy to a product that was used most common allergy is latex from the gloves that the office uses. it can also be that your ammune system may be low and when you drill out a cavity the bacteria gets in blood stream and if your ummune is down then you are more at risk of sores and blisters in mouth. It will take about 7 days to start the healling process. Abreve is a great product to use.Make sure you tell your dentist of this so they take precautions and try useing gloves that r not latex.I hope this helps you!
Other Answers:
Infection. Ask your dentist why? You probably need anti biotics.
When you go to get your fillings ask the dentist if you should wait a while. Tell him/her what your feeling and maybe they can do something for you (like give you your money back).
GINGIVITIS CAUSE OF THE BLEEDING GUMS. BLISTERS COULD BE HERPES, HAVE YOU GIVEN ORAL SEX? NOT A JOKE, I HOPE YOU FIND OUT SOON
Allergic reaction....or infection...get an antibiotic right away!
LAST MONDAY! You are too patient. Something is wrong. You have an infection or a severe reaction to contaminated dental material. Call your dentist.
Could be an allergic reaction to the filling material ,some of the newer plastic materials have a solvent component that could be the culprit . Also if a rubber dam was used you could be allergic to latex . Lastly cotton rolls used to dry the area could be allergic . Your Dentist certainly will want to evaluate you .
Sounds like an allergic reaction, rinsing with warm salt water will help fight bacteria and dry the open sores.
Although in some relatively rare instances, people are actually allergic to the white resin fillings, I'd suggest that the surface roughness might be irritating your tissues. No, the surface of a filling will not generally feel as smooth as natural tooth structure, but if your teeth actually feel gritty, perhaps they can be polished down a little more.
Just a thought.
Whatever it is, if I was the patient or the dentist, I'd like to resolve the issue before getting four more fillings done.
CALL THE DENTIST first thing in the morning before you go in and discuss this matter. They probably have an hour or more saved for you that could be used for another patient. They'll only need 15 minutes to check things out if you are not ready to have more fillings done.
i would phone your dentist they always say any problems phone them they may give you some antibiotics
