No but I did in the mid70's. The first time I saw him I told him that I had grand-mal epilepsy. He yelled "If you ever have a seizure in here yul be out of here". When the x-ray machine broke he yelled that I had broken it, and allso ruined the film. He even yelled at his assistant because he did not want her to develop the film. However his oral work was very good. Its just the case of a lose cannon.

No but i did years ago, he wasn't concerned with the amount of pain he caused, he spoke very rudely, and wasn't very careful with the work he was doing.

Yes, he's a cocky jack*** but he does good work.
