Teeth...they're all the rage now. Everybody has them. You should go get yourself some new ones.
ewwww! that is soo gross. id hate to go out with you. you should go to the dentist every 6 months.
They still put the implements of torture in front of you and leave the room, so that you can stare at them in anticipation.
When I became a single parent with three boys, for ten years I focused on taking care of them, neglected myself (never enough time, my dental plan wasn't that good).
When I did finally go, I new I had problems. It took numerous appointments over one year, found a really good dentist I trusted. He finally got my teeth straightened out. Like most people, I was scared to go. Yes, there were root canals and extractions. I got through it. So can you.
I would do it all over again. My sons came first.
You will be amazed how far dentistry has come. I can remember all the contraptions. For example do you remember the styrofoam moulds that they put the flouride in and then put over your teeth and then stuff cotton in there. No more of that now you just swish a liquid for 30 seconds. This is just a small example.
