How do you get rid of tongue film?

Question:
I brush my teech monring, night and somwtimes between meals. I also brush my tongue but sometimes I see a white film on my tongue, especially towards the back. How can I get rid of it, or is it normal?

Answers:
I recommend to get a tongue scraper, also that you gargle with 1/2 part water and 1/2 part peroxide. this should most of the bacteria out! This should be done 1-2 times per month!

Below is a dentist approved, daily brushing routine that, if followed correctly, is sure to help provide a whole mouth clean.

Brush Teeth Properly (two minutes, twice per day)

* Clean outer surfaces by holding your toothbrush with the tapered bristles at a 45 degree angle. Sweep or roll away from the gumline.

* For chewing surfaces, brush gently back and forth. Use the raised tip to reach back teeth.

* Clean the inner back teeth by placing bristles next to the gumline. Brush with a circular motion. For inner upper teeth, brush with small up and down motions with the tip of the brush.

Clean Your Tongue (Ten seconds, twice per day)

* To remove bacteria and help prevent bad breath, clean your tongue from the back toward the tip.

* A specially designed tongue cleaner like the one on the back of the Colgate(R) 360(TM) toothbrush can help you comfortably clean your tongue.

* It's also effective for gently cleaning your inner cheeks as you brush your teeth.
Never heard of it...sorry:(
