Does matter which kind of toothpaste we used to brush our teethe?
Question:
Answers:
yes, if you have sensitive gums or if your tongue sends undesirable stimuli to your stomach that you tend to vomit, then you have to choose the right toothpaste that will suit your needs, however, if you have healthy teeth, no problems whatsoever, it would not really matter which brand you choose
Other Answers:
No, they all have practically the same cleaning ingrediants.
I'm no expert but I think that as long as it contains flouride and we are brushing using good technique for 2 minutes minimum we should be fine and all the fancy claims and advertising is all just hype to get us to buy product. yes don't ever use the tube that says preparation H on it
The brushing action itself is more important than the brand of toothpaste. Go with whatever tastes best.
