Answers:
i read in a womens magazine that strawberries and baking powder did work. here's the recipe. mash 1 ripe strawberry to a pulp and mix w/ 1/2 tsp. baking POWDER. using a soft toothbrush, spread the mixture on your teeth, let sit 5 minutes, then brush as usual. the malic acid in strawberries acts as an astringent to dissolve surface stains on teeth, while the baking powder breaks into tiny particles to reach and remove deeper stains. use once a week for a picture perfect smile.

just use peroxide mixed with baking soda. It will work. It will tast gritty though.

In ancient Rome they gargled with urine to bleach teeth. It worked because of the ammonia in our urine. bRUSH THEM 4 TIMES A DAY THAT WILL HELP

baking soda put some on your toothbrush and brush your teeth, but just to warn you it taste awful, although you do get use to it as you do it more. Try not to gag

Food And Drinks

Simply reduce your intake or just stay away from certain stain causing food and drinks such as coffee, tea, colas, and tobacco products.

Baking Soda And Hydrogen Peroxide

Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and add enough hydrogen peroxide to it to make a paste with the consistency of toothpaste. Although this mixture is one of better home remedies for whitening teeth, and is highly recommended, be careful using it.

Only mix up enough for one brushing at a time, use it right away, and discard any left-overs. Too much hydrogen peroxide could burn a little bit. Never keep this mixture in a sealed container.
