Wisdom teeth, how long suppose to hurt?

I got them removed on friday, I stop using my painkillers, yesterday but they still hurt, I never rested since the operation had a Football match on Sunday, and went out Saturday night.
When will I stop feeling the pain and I am eating solid foodd coz It is too good to resist.

Had mine removed on Saturday and they still have some swelling and etc. and the pain is slightly there but I try not to think about it. I was told that I would feel some discomfort for about 2 weeks. And although I couldnt resist going to Quizno's yesterday for some soup and a salad I'm not eating anything really but soft foods, because it feels weird.

Have you told your dentist about the pain ? The area near the tooth mai be infected and this may cause the pain. In this case you may need to take antibiotics
