I need an affordable way to effectively whiten my teeth, can anybody please help?

ive been thinking of paying for a whitening operation, but its very expensive, so im just wondering if whitening products like crest white strips etc.. really work?

I have used Crest White strips and I think they are worth the money. There was a noticeable difference after only 4 treatments. I used the Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus which are more expensive than the others (Almost $40). The problem with strips are that they do not curve well to the sides of your teeth and you may end up with two front teeth that are whiter than the back ones.

The most cost effective way to whiten your teeth would be to use a gel kit. Most dentist's have very high quality kits and they will make you a custom mouth tray which you can use later for touch-ups. These kits are much cheaper than a dentist whitening and you will end up with the same results, it will just take a bit longer. Some common brands are Britesmile and Zoom.

Less expensive Gel kits are also available online and with some research you should find one that will work for you. Watch out for cheap trays and try to get some customer reviews before you buy anything.

I have heard bad things about the crest white strips. I would ask your dentist about them.
