What are these things coming out of my tonsils?

Question: When I apply pressure (and sometimes when I don't) to my tonsils, these solid light-yellow things come out. I have to "clean out" my tonsils like once a week because of them. And they smell BAD. What are they and what can I do the prevent this??

Ok, I thought I was the only person that happened to! Good to know. I went to the doctor about it once when I was in college, she told me it was because when I was young, I got tonsillitis and I have all these craters in my tonsils and food gets trapped in there, and the globs of stuff is food particles that are trapped in there and your body is trying to get them out.
