i have a piece of metal lodged betwixt my teeth i tried everything to get it out but it wont come?

I assume you mean pencil lead.
Take something thin and hard and insert it between your teeth and gently and slowly lever your teeth apart. Once you have slightly widened the gap between your teeth then hold it there and try and remove the pencil lead or whatever.
I cannot stress enough that you be careful. You could chip or remove a tooth this way, so be very careful.
