Are the sugars in milk and yoghurt bad for teeth?

Question:

Answers:
The key is not eating for two to three hours after your hygiene care (brush, floss, waterpic), this will pretty much keep you healthy. Anything with flavor in between meals will destroy tooth structure, the saliva has to have this time to remineralize the teeth and kill the left over bacteria produced from the meal that are impossible to remove any other way without hurting you also. Anything less than this and your asking for problems. I drink milk with my meals every day and my teeth are fine, the key is with my meals. Now some foods do cause more trouble than others , but all will cause disease if the body isn't given enough time to balance itself back out. Hope this helps.
Yes. If you don't clean your teeth regularly.
