look i have this hole in my tooth and i need to get it filled but i cant because my dad at vietnam so he cant make an appointment so what should i do from makin it the hole get better....???!!!!!
plus the hole is really noticable

You can use temporary filling, which can be bought at most drug stores. It's a chalk colored paste that come in a container the size of a thimble. It costs about $5. The paste hardens after you fill the cavity with it. Depending on the brand, it will harden enough to eat hard foods without causing discomfort.

Rinse your mouth with mouthwash and hydrogen peroxide before you insert the paste to kill any bacteria.

If you need to remove the temporary filling quickly. Chew some bubble gum until it comes out.

pull the tooth out. if its as big nd noticable as you say the dentis is just gonna pull it out as well
