What happens 2 ur teeth when u wear ur retainer on somedays and somedays not wear it?
Parents Only. Would you please share your ideas on how to stop a child from biting?
Answers:
your teeth will move slightly, but if you wear it the next day the retainer may be a little tight but your teeth will go right back in place. i do it too haha.
Your teeth eventually lose their new places and the $5000 you parents just spent on braces is wasted. Eventually your retainer won't go back in.
I wish I had worn mine more. I need braces again!
