When I brush my teeth, I brush my tongue as well, but lately it's been bleeding, and in the exact same spot

Question:
every time. Am I brushing too hard? Is this a bad sign? Should I go to a doctor? What? I know for a FACT that it's my tongue, and it's not my gums, because I can see where it's bleeding. Any insight?

Answers:
Yes you brushing too hard and put a little lesion there, Cool the brushing until it heals, no need to go to the Dentist, gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide in the morning and at night, be cool!
