Wisdom Teeth?
Question:
Answers:
Whether or not to extract (pull) third molars (wisdom teeth) should be determined by several factors: (1) can you clean them adequately (2) are they in a position that will cause future problems, which may include crowding, etc. (3) general dental health (4) occlusion (the way upper teeth meet and fit with lower teeth), among others. There are many different opinions among dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons. Each person must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

no u dont have to get them pulled-- i did-- and it was nothing- i had all 4 out at one time (crowding) usually there isnt room for them -
You don't really have to, because I sitll have mine and I am fine. If they are really causing you trouble (if they are hurting) I think you should consider taking them out.
My daughter had all four pulled at one time since she didn't have room in her mouth for them to come in. She was fine. No problems
That's an old myth, take the wisdom out because they are very hard to keep clean, they'll end up decaying anyways. You don't ever want to have a toothache.
I'm 17 right now, and my dentist said that, although I have four wisdom teeth, she doesn't think that I need to have them pulled because the teeth are growing in properly and they are being cleaned well.
Just make sure that you always brush to the very back and floss there too! It just all depends on how big your jaw is and if it can accomodate more teeth.
Your dentist will tell you if you need to take them out or not.
no its not necessaay if dey are not causing u dese problems...
1)DECAY...saliva bacteria and food particles can collect around wisdom tooth causing themselves or the neighbouring teeth to decay...so the whole teeth removal is preferred...
2)GUM INFECTION.when a wisdom tooth is partially erupted food and bacterias can colect under da gum and cause local infection....which may result in pain ,,swellin...trismus nad infection....
3) PRESSURE PAIN..pain may result form the presuure of erupting wisdom tooth...against other teeth which may also occur in erosion of the teeth...
4)CYST FORMATION cyst can develop in the soft tissue around impacte dwisdom tooth...which can ccause bone displacement...jaw destruction..and damageto nearby teeth...
5)HYGIENE,,due to difficulty in cleanin dere may be bad breath asociated wid dis///
so if u r havin any of dese problems u can go for extarction otherwise forget it ...and no dey don affect other teeth unless dere is some infection i n dem....
