I think there's a tooth growing on top of another tooth, what should I do? It's poking out the side of my gum

I don't think the tooth underneath it is wobbly, it's not a baby tooth/milk. I recently lost the tooth behind it and another tooth is growing just fine there, but I think there's another one growing on top of the one in front of it.

My daughter had this happen when she was younger - and it turned out to be extra calcium that had built up in her gums. The dentist just pulled what appeared to be a tooth - but was only as I said a calcium deposit. She suffered no long term problems and today has beautiful healthy teeth.

I would go to the dentist and if it hurts take Ibuprofen(advil) it's the only thing that works for mouth pain.
