i went to the dentist today and?

Question: i told him that i could feel a cavity on the inside of my lower jaw. so he went in and filled it in so i thought. as soon as i stepped out of the dentists office i felt that the cavity was still there with the unnumbed side of my tongue. so i went back in and the dentist's assistant was saying "how could he miss that" over and over again. the dentist filled it in no charge. how bad is that?
