why do my gums hurt?
Question:
could a crown that is too big damage my gums?
Answers:
It could be that:
1) the crown is too big as you have rightly said, or
2) the crown size is OK but it has not been fitted properly
3) there is some underlying infection - I had this problem because my earlier dentist had by mistake, left a cotton wick (used to drain out the fluid) inside, Only after I changed my dentist did this get detected
