i keep getting ulsars?
Question:
Answers:
It could be from your toothbrush but it depends on where in the mouth your getting them. They are caused by stress or feeling run down, its your body's way of saying SLOW DOWN!
If they are present for more then two weeks then see your dentist, he might need to investigate further, but either way don't worry about it or you'll get more!!!

I used to suffer from oral ulcers after giving birth. My doctor told me that its a hormonal thing. I sparyed my mouth with an antibacterial prescribed stuff. I also ditched the mouthwash because it tends to aggravate the spread of ulcers.
Drink lots of water. And to relieve the pain, gargle with Orofar-L, it has lidocaine in it, so that kinda helps alleviate the discomfort and the pain of having mouth ulcers.
Get well soon.
try vitamin c supplements
Ulsars can also be caused by... guess what... STRESS. Yep, that's right! I don't quite understand why, but stress can aid in the process of creating ulsars! If it continues for too much longer, try seeing a doctor. They'd know what's going on better than most of the people here, plus you get a professional answer :)

You could brushing too hard , but its more likely to be your diet.
Are you eating the right types of food? Green Vegetables, fish, chicken, dairy, proteins, carbs? Vitamin C and Vitamin B complex are very good for skin and tissue.
On the other hand, how often do you change the toothbrush? Once every 8 - 10 weeks is good. Maybe you need to use a medicinal mouthwash like Corsodyl or something, to clear up the infection. See a dentist if all else fails.
Ulcers are a sign of being run down, are you tired ? Have you been getting enough sleep ?
